・Products in stock, it takes about 7days from receiving the order to ship them.
・Made to order(MTO), it takes time from receiving the order to ship them. And it depends on seasons and products. Please refer to each products page for more details.
・One-of-a-kind MTO, it takes about 5~15days from receiving the order to ship them.

For delivery within Japan, payment method can be chosen from
① credit card payment
②bank transfer, but the "credit card payment" is the only available method for any delivery outside Japan.

Please check the withdrawal policy of your credit card company for any credit card payment.
For bank transfer, you must complete the bank transfer within five 5days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

Your order is finalized when you press the "place your order" button, after which we cannot accept any request for cancellation from you. In case you have chosen the "bank transfer" (domestic delivery only) as the payment method, your order will be automatically cancelled by us, unless your payment is made to us within 5days from the date of your receipt of automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us.

＜Handling of products & Return policy＞
　Depending on the product, we use hand-made ornaments, vintage items, and organic products from all over the world to create unique atmosphere. I would like you to enjoy these things and value for one-of-a-kind.
We will accept returns or exchanges of the purchased products only clearly defected. Please attach the picture for it on e-mail. We will make this decision.

③Defect and discoloration by vintage items.
④Deterioration over time and discoloration by natural dyeing.
⑤Individuality shapes by nature.
⑥Other items that are not a subject of return by our decision.
＜Repair＞
We wish customer can enjoy with our products and ethical life. So we will try to repair for it.
*The price is depends on situation. Some products can not be repaired. Thank you for your understanding.

When any of the purchased products is defective, you must contact us through the "Order History" page of this shop site within seven 7days from the date of your receipt of the said purchased product, to request the return of the said product.
①Please attach the picture for defect part.
②Return address is different address with office.If it's defect product , we will notice to you.

The Shop will bear the shipping costs for any return of the defective products, so please send the defective products collect-on-delivery to the Shop.
